Start Kalenderwoche 30 / Börsen in Europa: Warten auf das deutliche Plus…

…im Gefolge der erfreulichen Stresstest-Resultate. Freitagnacht letzter Woche trat das Plus in den USA noch nicht in Erscheinung, zeigte sich aber jüngst in Asien.

Schweiz / SMI / 10:30 MESZ:

Tatsächlich tragen die Valoren der beiden Schweizer Grossbanken [CS Group N] und [UBS N] zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein dezentes Rot bzw. Grün. Beide Banken beteiligten sich bekanntlich nicht am CEBS-Stresstest, sondern liessen sich von der Schweizer Finanzmarktaufsicht FINMA nach anderen, sehr viel härteren Kriterien prüfen. Ergebnis: bestanden!

Dear Dog Lovers – May I take the liberty of informing you…

Dog… that last Saturday, the 24th of July 2010, a new party was founded in Zurich, Switzerland?

THE ANIMAL PARTY (TPS)

That’s a milestone in the battle for animal rights — and a strong encouragement for an old animal rights activist like me. (I can hear you muttering now: The non existing standard sizes for dog clothing… And bingo, you are completely right!)

Looking back in history, we can see that the 24th of July is not just any day. Let’s mention two important events: the first ascent of the Eiger north face (Switzerland, on 24th of July 1938) and the birth of Jennifer Lynn Lopez (Castle Hill, USA, on 24th of July 1969).

What will the future bring?

I am, by nature, an optimist and I think: much, very much. So stay tuned, pls, I will inform you of any progress in any matter as soon as possible.
