concerning poetry discussions*
Mark Worden, in: A Lucidist Manifesto & Decalogue - and further:
And since poetry does not automatically, if ever, deliver Truth, whatever that is, poetry should not stand in need of rabbinical exegesis or cryptoanalysis in order to be understood. Poets should take as one of their chief goals: TO ENTERTAIN.
Of course, that’s only one point of view - but an important one, I believe (me being only a reader of poetry, I don’t/can’t write poetry).

fake Mickey Mouse statues in Beijing
A Chinese spokesperson when asked about the resemblance - and:
The spokesperson suggested the statues are unique because they incorporate the themes of old Chinese coins (the square holes), the year of the rat, the Olympics and the financial district into the design.
