Stilettos geben dem weiblichen Erscheinungsbild eine besondere Note, verlängern sie doch die Beine. Es gibt unzählige Varianten (gerade auch hinsichtlich der Länge des Absatzes). Leider ist die Schuhkultur auf den Turnschuh gekommen. Höchste Zeit für eine Trendwende, und als Orthopäden geben wir zu bedenken: Die Monroe wäre ohne High-Heels nur halb so erfolgreich gewesen.
