Footwear For Women: How to stay healthy in winter
There is a controversy about wearing open toe high heels in the snow. Some women pretend to get sick by doing so – but most others don’t.
We are researching on this subject since many years, and we just stumbled across this picture from Sweden (on SHOELUST):

Yes, this is an impressive demonstration of the fact that open toe high heels are the best footwear for snow. The heels are like ice picks, and the exposure of the toes has a hardening effect to the body and increases resistance to H1N1 (often called swine flu by the public media).
So, self-confident women should stay away from boots. In all seasons – because boots are in fact designed as fetishwear, and there are only two occasions where they can be worn without compunction: when fishing or being in a combat operation.
