Our Weekly Postcard (XXXXIII)

A card documenting our attempts in analyzing art.
The sculpture of Lady Thatcher (right) was unveiled at the end of February. It represents Lady Thatcher in mid-debate during her final term in office, 1987-1990. Our comparison showed that it is built on the golden ratio, i.e. the sculpture has the same proportions as a well-built woman and as Michelangelo’s David.
All in all, we think that the sculpture of Lady Thatcher is one of the finest ones ever made in Great Britain.
We will continue to analyze art this weekend, but hope to be back on Monday. Stay tuned, and have a nice time.
