ILLEGAL RAILWAY PICS FROM SERBIA

Serbia railway

Endre Barta writes:

Railway photography is not allowed in Serbia but I don’t know if it is because of the militaristic way of thinking or just because of the staggering circumstances. Photos are presented quite seldom about Serbian railways so I could not imagine what will I see there. I expected something better… The vehicles are not so bad but the infrastructure is in a very broken down state while it is terribly overdimensioned. The newly built, haunted stations like Novi Beograd, Beograd Centar or Zemun are very fearful places…

Endre Barta’s railway trip to Serbia with comments (January 2005): Kelebia - Beograd - Tosin Bunar - Beograd Centar - Zemun - Subotica - Szeged

Railway fans, please, remember: There are always (a lot of) new pics at The Railfaneurope.net/pix/new, i.e. last update = today!
